Wadsworth Monument, Heptonstall and Stoodley Pike: Fine Art Print

After the heavy snow over the weekend of 27/28th November 2021 then sub-zero temps Sunday evening I knew there was a good chance of colourful sunrise on Monday morning, so I set my internal alarm and headed up high before the sun rose. This is Wadsworth monument below Pecket Well, above Hardcastle Crags, with Heptonstall and Stoodley Pike in the background, with Hebden Bridge nestled in the valley below.

All the images featured on my website are available as Giclée prints. Giclée, the French verb meaning ‘to spray’, is used to describe a fine art digital printing process combining high quality archival paper with pigment-based inks, to achieve an inkjet print of superior archival quality, light fastness and stability.

The prints are individually made by master print maker Rob Knight at Knight Graphics in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire. Rob uses a Epson 9890 with Genuine Epson Ultrachrome K3 inks, which with the eight-channel print head is capable of producing an extremely wide tonal range and colour gamut. The paper used is Fujifilm Fine Art Photo Rag Paper 300gsm – which has a slight texture.

All the prints have a white border, and are ready for framing. The prints are signed in pencil and next to my signature is a small grey Pennine Romance logo. 

The prints are offered in four sizes. Image size may vary depending on the proportions of the photograph chosen.

Delivery

The prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and mailed to you in a sturdy tube. Please allow 7 working days for delivery. If you live in the Upper Calder Valley, I can personally deliver the prints on request.
